All account management, billing, and support tickets are handled through your Upmind client portal at my.thinkonline.co.in. Log in with your registered email and password. From there you can: view invoices, renew plans, raise support tickets, change contact details, and manage subscriptions.

We send renewal reminders 14 days, 7 days, and 3 days before your due date via email from Upmind. If unpaid:

• Days 1–3 after due: Warning email, account active
• Days 4–7: Service may be suspended
• Days 8–30: Grace period — data preserved, pay to reactivate
• Day 30+: Account terminated and data permanently deleted

No. You can host any domain from any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, BigRock, etc.). Simply point your domain's nameservers to ours (provided in your welcome email). We also offer domain registration and transfer services — contact sales@thinkonline.co.in.

Log into your domain registrar and update the nameservers to the ones in your ThinkOnline.IN welcome email. Propagation takes 2–48 hours globally. Monitor at dnschecker.org.

We plan every migration to be zero-downtime: we copy your site to our enterprise cloud servers while your old host is still live, test everything on a temporary URL, then update DNS only after verification. The only brief 'mixed' period is DNS propagation (a few hours) — normal for any DNS change.
